This website is operated under the Educational Toys brand by QVA Multiservices LLC (“Educational Toys,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Educational Toys and QVA Multiservices LLC.

These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, customers, and other persons who access or use our website, wondershapetoys.com, and its related services (collectively, the “Service”).

We accept orders for delivery within the United States and Canada, excluding Quebec. Orders with delivery addresses outside these supported locations may be rejected or cancelled.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method for the cancelled amount. We may contact you using the email address or other contact information supplied with the order.

Customers must review their delivery information before placing an order. If you discover an error after ordering, contact us promptly. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Where liability may lawfully be limited, our total liability arising from a particular product purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product. This limitation does not apply where applicable law provides the customer with a greater non-waivable right or remedy.

This section does not require you to indemnify us for losses caused by our own negligence, unlawful conduct, or breach of these Terms, and it does not limit any mandatory consumer right.
